This Summer, UCDC Jazz Companies traveled to Charleston, SC to attend Applause Talent Nationals for the 2018 season. With numerous overall placements, highest score awards, and Platinum adjudications, UCDC came home on cloud 9! We are thrilled with the outcome of our dancer’s performances and can say with pride that we are National Champions! Our Petites, Juniors, Teens & Seniors all came home with a National Championship title. Senior performer Eli Bagwell came home with “Best of the Best” Overall Senior Soloist title, Addison Norris came home with “Best of the Best” Overall Petite soloist, and Eli Bagwell, Kaitlyn Byrne & Allyson Vazquez came home with “Best of the Best” overall Senior duo/trio of the week! Many other routines were a part of the “Best of the Best” and we are proud to have accomplished so much during this week of amazing talent from all over the country!
